Jacob founded QTC in 2024 after procuring his General Contractors license in 2023. QTC is the natural progression of growing up in a construction family and spending time around the business his father began over 20 years ago, Zurbuch Construction. Jacob has an active role in Zurbuch construction as a board member. When starting QTC Jacob started QTC after seeing the family business progress from residential renovations and additions to new builds and commercial building work. The company was leaving behind work, which he picked up with QTC. After a year of operation and numerous successful high end renovation and additions, Jacob is guiding QTC towards larger projects while still maintaining a high standard of work and professionalism.
